Choose the PC release
Open the Ante PC release page and select the architecture that matches the target computer.
Ante is distributed as three operating systems: Ante PC, Ante Mobile and Ante Server. Complete OS release images are stored and delivered through Pieneo Cloud. Antelopa applications are installed only after Ante is running.
Choose the edition for the hardware you are installing. Each release page provides the complete operating-system image and release metadata.

Server source tree + build profilesThe Antelopa website is the release interface. Pieneo Cloud stores the OS images, manifests, checksums, signatures and release metadata behind it.
Choose Ante PC, Ante Mobile or Ante Server.
The selected release resolves to its versioned OS image and metadata.
Download the complete ISO, disk image or device image set.
Confirm checksum and Antelopa release signature.
Write, boot or flash the image onto the target hardware.
After first boot, Ante connects to signed update repositories.
Open the Ante PC release page and select the architecture that matches the target computer.
The complete operating-system image is delivered from Antelopa release storage on Pieneo Cloud. This is the OS itself, not an application package.
Check the published SHA-256 checksum and release signature for the exact image you downloaded.
Write the ISO or image to a USB drive with a supported image-writing tool.
Select the USB device from the computer firmware or boot menu and start the Ante installer.
Choose the target disk, confirm the installation layout, and let the installer deploy the base system.
Create or connect an Antelopa account, configure networking and privacy preferences, then apply the latest signed system updates.
Use the supported-device list to match the exact manufacturer, model and device codename.
Select the Ante Mobile build created for that hardware profile. Mobile images are device-specific.
Boot, system, vendor and recovery images are delivered from Pieneo Cloud as part of the selected Ante Mobile release.
Check release checksums and signatures before writing any image to the device.
Follow the device-specific installation page for bootloader, recovery and connection requirements.
Flash the release images in the documented order for the selected device.
Complete first boot, configure the account and allow Ante to retrieve signed system and software updates.
Select bare metal, a supported virtual machine format, or compatible Moigram server hardware.
Choose the required architecture and release channel from the Ante Server release page.
The complete Ante Server OS image is delivered from Pieneo Cloud release storage.
Confirm the SHA-256 checksum and Antelopa release signature before deployment.
Use bootable installation media for physical hardware or mount the image to the target virtual machine.
Configure storage, networking, administrator access and the system hostname.
After first boot, synchronize the approved Ante repositories and apply the latest signed system updates.
Every release has integrity metadata alongside the image so the downloaded operating system can be checked before it reaches a device.
Compare the downloaded image against the checksum published for that exact release.
Confirm that the release manifest or checksum file is signed by the trusted Antelopa release key.
Review version, architecture, file names, build channel and supported hardware metadata.
The source workflow follows a multi-repository operating-system model: sync the manifest, select a target, configure the build environment and generate installable system images.
Create a clean workspace and initialize the Antelopa manifest for the selected release branch.
Fetch the kernel, system, framework, build tools, device trees and platform components referenced by the manifest.
Choose Ante PC, a supported Ante Mobile device target, or an Ante Server profile.
Build the OS and produce the bootable or flashable artifacts for that target.
# create a source workspace
$ mkdir ante-source && cd ante-source
# initialize the Antelopa source manifest
$ repo init -u <Antelopa manifest repository> -b <release branch>
$ repo sync
# configure the selected target
$ source build/envsetup.sh
$ lunch <ante target>
# compile operating-system images
$ <Antelopa build command>
The OS image gives you Ante itself. Once Ante is running, applications and updates are delivered through the Ante software layer.
Use Ante signed update channels to keep the operating system current.
